The donors for the KaloBios libraries are of diverse ethnic origin and have
diverse autoimmune diseases. Using proprietary techniques, the libraries
captured incomplete V regions from peripheral blood lymphocytes and spleen.
Because the library was biased for the capture of IgM sequences, near-germline
sequences are well represented in the Acceptor Library. Shown below is the ratio
of different VH and VL (kappa and lambda) subclasses.
